Cottage Cheese Bird:

This little guy originated from a photo taken on one of our family trips to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. I took the original photograph and used the image as a template to recreate it as a drawing. It’s one of my most popular images.

Fly On:

This image incorporates my first design used for my logo, the Seagull. I decided it would be fun to add some graphics and color behind the original for people that wanted to change it up a little.

Flamingo:

The picture that inspired this design came from a family trip to the San Diego Zoo. The flamingo was just standing there by itself, away from the group, and I decided the moment was picture worthy! With some tweaks in Photoshop the design became what it is today.

Let's Fly:

I had this idea in mind for a few days before I came up with a design that fit the image in my head. I was going for something that parents would buy their babies, something a little more colorful, then I found out that CafePress doesn't have a baby section! But I still love the design…

Bird Hut:

This photograph used for this design was shot in Norco, California. It's a dog-house with a bird living in it, the name right across the top of the house. It was a cool shot and I'm glad the bird didn't fly away!

Poll Winner:
This is the design that won the poll that was up a while back. So here's what the people chose!

Drawing:

This was the first design I drew with a pencil and ruler then ran through the computer to finish up. Even though the drawing on the front is fairly basic, the back image is the main focal point of this shirt design. To see the back design, click the icon to go to the store, then click on any product; you can see the back from there.

Steady Aim Fire:

I had this design in my head since the first time I looked through photos I had right after the company started. I’d taken some shots down at the beach and caught a seagull about fire one off on the trash can...like any bird would do! It seemed like a cool design to take from there!

Three Birds:

I always thought this was a funny design:  a "burst" shot of a bird fluffing its feathers.  I thought it was a cool visual to have on a shirt.  This is one of the three designs I put together up in Washington State.

Birds N' Truck:

This is a design based on that game where you have to find all of one thing in a picture.  I took a shot of the old Toyota Land Cruiser we kept up at Orcas Island and added the birds to the picture afterwards ("find all the birds")!  This is also one of my Washington-inspired designs.

Seagull Fight:

This is the first of the three designs I made up in Washington. There's really no history or story behind this one; it's just a cool shot of two birds fighting over a post to sit on... so much for sharing!

Hawk & Crow:

This is a pretty simple design and one of those "lucky shots" as well.  I saw these birds flying around, pointed the camera, and got this on the first shot.  I liked the lines and motion of the  picture so I thought I'd make it a design.  It's one of the original ideas I had in mind for the company, and since all my friends and family thought it was cool, I put it up.

Seagull:

This is the design that started it all and remains my favorite. Most people thought I was on a cliff and took the shot from above. In fact, I was chasing the bird off a towel on the beach with my camera ready to go. It flew off and I took the shot. It turned out to be one I loved and it inspired the image for my company logo.
